Professional work in English and the Slovak language
This is me: Sandra. People know and call me just by my first name – my university students, my clients in language courses, my coachees and my friends too. Always in a good mood, happy with life, and deeply involved in everything I do.
I have been with the academic environment for more than 15 years. Pretty long time to make me convinced people only need to find intrinsic motivation stemming from their growth mindset to meet their full potential and experience success.
I have met hundreds of different age adults who were struggling with their English language level to cover knowledge of various professional study fields – psychology, political sciences, social sciences, etc. However, those who were eventually successful in the exams made themselves believe brains and talent are just the starting point. They have become people who believe their abilities can be developed regardless of age, education, background, social status, work position, etc. They are the people whose mindset is no longer fixed, i.e. their success in school, work, sports or any other area of human endeavour results from their growth mindset.
Outstanding accomplishments people dream about do not come without hard work and resilience. Most of us desire to become the most we can be, i.e. we strive to be self-actualized. Actually, we can feel accomplishment at any level in our own hierarchy of needs depending on what is currently important to us.
My role as a growth mindset coach is to teach you how easy it is to learn to fulfil your potential and reach your goals in any area of your life – personal, working, relationship, etc. I am not a mentor. I will lead you and facilitate you on the path to finding your own way. Coaching sessions with me will help you decide independently, answer your inner questions, lead your team, be sure of yourself, etc.

I am a highly trained and skilled teacher, lecturer and coach who will provide you with opportunities to grow your mindset. We will successfully and accurately come to your desired goals. I received Ph.D. from Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic, where I focused on teaching professional English language to adults in higher education. And I have been teaching English and Spanish for more than 22 years. As a coach, I received a Business Coaching Trained Coach (BCTC) diploma from Business Coaching College in Bratislava, Slovakia. - This is the ACSTH certificate of education approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

We will determine the time span, i.e. the length and number of coaching sessions as well as business workshop meetings, language or psychology courses. The coaching sessions can happen either in a your workplace or any other place we agree about or via ZOOM meetings. The workshops and trainings preferably take place in your company; however, we can successfully meet online too. Language courses and psychology courses are easy to be taught via ZOOM too. Once you decide to work with me in any of these areas, I guarantee their achievement!
